The State Advertising Agency of Azerbaijan (ADRA) regulates outdoor advertising and ensures compliance with legislation in this field. The Agency provides transparent and accessible services for businesses, contributing to the development of a modern advertising environment in the country.
Project
The goal of the project was to make the placement and broadcasting of advertisements in open spaces more transparent, efficient, and user-friendly.
What did we do?
We redesigned the platform, simplified the application process, and made it easier for users to obtain permits and access information.
As a result of the project, access to ADRA’s services has been accelerated, and public oversight and transparency have been increased. Users can easily obtain permits, learn about tariffs, and understand document requirements.

Users expect clarity, speed, and official reliability on government platforms. The visual explanation of application stages, the categorization of services, and the minimal-step form structure were identified as key priorities. In the decision-making phase, providing transparent information about the regulatory framework, required documents, and process timelines formed the main directions of the UX strategy.
The information architecture of the platform and the main user flows were defined in detail. Based on user needs and the specific requirements of public services, wireframes and initial skeleton structures were created. A clear form structure, status tracking mechanism, and step-by-step process map were developed for each service stage. This phase formed a solid conceptual foundation for subsequent UI design and interactive prototyping.
