Project

The main goal for Qala Həyat was to create a digital platform that clearly presents life insurance products and makes the application process simple, fast, and convenient. The platform is mobile-oriented and built on a structure that emphasizes reliability and transparency in line with the brand’s values.

What did we do?

By analyzing audience and application behaviors, the user journey from product discovery to application completion was optimized. A clear category structure for products was created, application forms were simplified, and UX/UI design was developed with a mobile-first approach in line with brand standards.

Result

As a result of these improvements, the completion rate of applications increased, the number of abandoned forms decreased, and user engagement from mobile devices rose. The simple structure and optimized application flow have significantly enhanced the overall user experience.

When we began the Qala Həyat Insurance project, the main goal was to create the most reliable life insurance platform in the Azerbaijani market. The client wanted to present insurance products in a simpler, clearer, and more accessible way in a competitive environment. Research showed that users struggled with navigation on insurance websites, found the complex terminology confusing, and faced challenges completing official forms on mobile devices.

In the project, we introduced small solutions to help users easily find answers to common questions. By entering just a few simple parameters, users can see their allocated insurance amount and monthly payments.
