The Turkey-Azerbaijan University (TAU) is a strategic and state-level collaboration model established between Azerbaijan and Turkey in the field of higher education. The project aims to create a modern educational environment in line with international standards and train competitive professionals for the future.
What did we do?
We developed a modern, clear, and reliable digital platform for the university’s official website, reflecting the university's strategic mission and academic model. The design and structural decisions were based on a UX approach that ensures users can access information quickly and easily.
The website created for the Turkey-Azerbaijan University has transformed into a reliable digital platform that clearly reflects its strategic position in higher education and academic value. The platform effectively presents the university's activities, achievements, and dynamic student life, strengthening TAU's modern and international image.

As a result of the analysis, TAU's intergovernmental education model, international programs, and preparation system were highlighted as key differentiating ideas. This phase shaped the conceptual direction of the website, laying the foundation for all design and UX decisions to be user-oriented and strategically based.
We visualized the main structure of the pages and user flow through wireframes and prototypes. Initial tests helped identify potential issues users might encounter. This iterative approach allowed us to make adjustments early in the design process, creating a solid foundation for the final design.
The design process for the official TAU website was based on balancing user needs, academic structure, and state-level institutional image. A design system was created, unifying the color palette, typography, grid, and components under a single standard. This approach improved content readability and ensured faster access to key information for users.
UX decisions were made based on different user scenarios for applicants, students, parents, and academic staff. Prototypes underwent iterative testing, navigation flows were optimized, and decision-making burden was reduced at critical points. As a result, the website transformed into a reliable and intuitive digital platform that clearly presents TAU's international academic model.
