What did we do?

By analyzing the existing processes, we optimized the application and approval flows. We organized the services into categories, creating clear navigation and intuitive user scenarios. A functional and minimalist UX/UI design was developed in line with the image of the government agency, with mobile compatibility prioritized.

Result

Thanks to the updated structure, access to services was accelerated, and the application process became clearer and more transparent. The use of electronic services on the platform increased, and the overall digital experience became more efficient.

Result

Thanks to the updated structure, access to services was accelerated, and the application process became clearer and more transparent. The use of electronic services on the platform increased, and the overall digital experience became more efficient.

A structure based on modern UX principles was created on the AQTA platform to enable users to carry out the application and certification processes in a more convenient and transparent manner. The main goal was to provide entrepreneurs and citizens with quick access to services, status tracking, and clear accessibility to regulatory information. The platform simplifies complex administrative processes by presenting information in logical categories.

Thanks to the updated design approach, the submission of applications, tracking of documents, and obtaining verification results were organized in a more intuitive and mobile-friendly format. Transparency, security, and efficiency were the key focuses of the UX strategy.

Service cards were visually simplified, with requirements, steps, and document lists for each service presented in a clear and readable format. The structuring of content allowed users to quickly grasp the application process and easily track the current status.

Overall, the simple and clear structure, intuitive navigation, and functional visual solutions improved the user experience, increased the level of usage of electronic services, and made AQTA’s digital platform more systematic and efficient.
